Ridaa is the Co-Managing Partner of Topaz Capital. He is the Founder of The Bedrock Group and Breakform Ventures. Prior to that he held Vice President positions at both HSBC Bank and Barclays Capital where he was in charge of the firms’ Indian Equity Investments and a member of the firms Asia Advisory Committee.

He founded Veda Asset Management, an alternative investment management firm. Ridaa started his career at Bear Stearns in the Structured Equity Products division, where he built their Market Access Product division for South & South East Asia, a $3 billion portfolio of assets in the region. Ridaa is a John C. Whitehead Fellow of the Foreign Policy Association, Urban Land Institute and Building Industry Association of Southern California. Ridaa graduated as a Charles June Patrick Scholar from Bard College.
